Punjab Pharmacy Council (SPC) is an Autonomous Statuary body functioning under Federal Legislation. It is a Statutory Body functioning under the Pharmacy Act 1967 to maintain the high Standards of Pharmacy Education. It deals with the Regulation of Profession and Practice of Pharmacy through Advancing and Assuring Quality in Pharmacy Education. The Secretary Health, Government of Punjab, acts as President (Ex-officio) of the Council. The Secretary of the Council, bears the office of Punjab Pharmacy Council to execute and exercise all the legislative functions (Section-23 of the Pharmacy Act, 1967).
